Talents Marks 25 Years of Design Innovation at Ambiente 2026

Frankfurt am Main, November 2025- As the design world looks toward its next chapter, one longstanding platform is marking a significant milestone. For 25 years, the “Talents” programme has been a launchpad for emerging creatives, offering early visibility, professional guidance, and a window into the ideas shaping tomorrow. To celebrate the anniversary, Messe Frankfurt will present a special showcase at Ambiente from 6 to 10 February 2026 in Hall 3.1, uniting past trailblazers with a new generation of designers.

This curated presentation will feature 15 former participants, now internationally recognised names—alongside 10 newcomers introducing fresh thinking across materials, sustainability, and craft. From experimental biomaterials and meditative lighting concepts to robotics-enabled craftsmanship, the anniversary edition reflects the diverse ways young designers are responding to global challenges.

Since its inception in 2001, the programme has connected emerging talent with the international design and manufacturing ecosystem, offering free exhibition space and mentoring to support their first major showcase. As Ambiente 2026 approaches, the milestone edition reaffirms Talents as a vital platform for discovering ideas, perspectives, and designers who will shape the future of design.
