Prince Pipes Enters the Bathware Segment

Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited (PPFL), one of India’s largest integrated piping solutions providers, has forayed into the bathware segment with the launch of its new collection of luxury faucets and sanitaryware. Inspired by European bathware trends, the company is offering a curated collection of faucets under the name of Aurum, Titanio, Platina, Tiara and Marquise. Argento, Meta, Kristal and Palladium complete the Prince Bathware line.

The sanitaryware and showers range includes an extensive range of overhead showers, hand showers and health faucets, besides sensors for basins and urinals alongside bathroom accessories. The product portfolio also includes tanklessEWC, One-piece wall-mounted toilets and tabletopbasins that come with features like anti-germ properties, easy installation and water conservation.

Commenting on the launch, Parag Chheda, Joint Managing Director, Prince Pipes and Fittings Limited, said, “The concept of a bathroom has evolved to become a lifestyle solution in recent years with customers seeking to make a statement in class, technology enhancements, and aesthetics. As per market estimates the overall market size of the bathware segment is approximately Rs.15,000 crores with the organized market at about 65% and the unorganized market at about 35%. In the bathware segment, faucets are estimated to be in the range of Rs.9,000 – 10,000 crores and Sanitaryware in the range of Rs. 6,000 – 7,000 crores. “The future is truly now and with the existing strong industry potential, economic growth, together with Prince Pipes’ competitive strengths, we are well placed and excited to mark a strong presence going forward,” asserted Chheda.
