The designer chose a dark and warm concept for this washroom. The colour scheme is Brown and Gold. “For the countertop basin, a designer basin is proposed along with the cabinetry for hiding away the unwanted clutter. Designing a shower cubicle has saved quite some space, making the bathroom more flexible to use,” shares Milind Pai, Chief Architect, Milind Pai – Architects & Interior Designers.
The bathtub and walls have been cladded in stunningly Dark Brown Portoro Marble to highlight the Gold finish used in the Sanitary, CP fittings, and Accessories. In addition, the Brown ‘Portoro’ Marble as wall cladding, a huge sleek mirror along with the bathtub make this space look stunning and big! A lot of emphasis has been laid on the “aspects of lighting detailing” in this washroom, adding creativity and individual essence.

“As a design brief, the client’s expectations were a luxurious look, but ironically it became a challenge for us as we weren’t allowed that luxurious budget. Hence, we had to achieve this look in cost constraints, yet make it look extravagant.”
